Information we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, booking type, preferred date, package, group size and message. If you join our studio notes list we collect your email address.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and plan your booking.
• To send studio updates if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

Online booking

Bookings are made through our third-party scheduling provider (Acuity Scheduling by Squarespace). Information you enter there is handled under that provider’s privacy policy.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, images and video from a content delivery network, and an embedded Google Map on the contact page. These services may receive your IP address as part of delivering their content.

Retention & your rights

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and manage bookings. In line with Canada’s PIPEDA, you may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the contact page.
